Elkhart County Beef Cattle Association News

The Elkhart County Beef Cattle Association is an organization made up of Beef Cattle producers from within and surrounding Elkhart County, Indiana.  Members are encouraged to attend the informative association meetings designed  to help them with producing a quality Beef product for today’s health minded consumer.

Our main fund raising project each year is co-sponsoring the rib-eye stand at the nine day Elkhart County 4-H Fair.  Our association uses these funds to assist other area not-for-profit organizations such as 4-H and FFA clubs. We promote a quality Beef product through educating today’s consumer about quality Beef products, assist our member-producers with marketing their cattle thru our annual Club Calf sale, provide informative training sessions for our members and support our affiliated State and National Beef Cattle Associations.
